If you deleted a Sheet in an Excel Work Book this sheet is not gone to the recycle bin but is deleted and cannot be restored normally count is as gone. Some tips: If you still have the workbook open and never save changes then close the workbook without making changes you should lose your current changes but shout get the sheet back when you open the workbook again. Alternatively try to install a data recovery software and a excel work book repair software. With the data recovery software you can search your computer for the workbook name it could pick up some files with the same name in a temp folder which might contain the deleted sheet because that temp file is older then your current one. Some time when you do find the work book in your search the workbook might be corrupt and that’s when the excel work book recovery software is needed.
